Off The Tools Programme – Service Agreement

By purchasing this Programme, you agree to the following:

1. Personal Access

Access is granted to the named purchaser only.

Login details may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed.

TradeCoach FZ-LLC monitors account activity. Any suspected sharing or unauthorised distribution of materials may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund. If access is suspended or terminated for any reason, including breach of these terms, the full outstanding balance remains immediately due and payable.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, templates, frameworks, recordings and downloads remain the property of TradeCoach FZ-LLC.

Copying, recording, redistributing, or sharing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Payment Commitment

If purchased via a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

This is a fixed-term agreement, not a rolling monthly subscription. Cancelling payments does not cancel the remaining balance owed.

4. Failed or Late Payments

If a payment fails:

• Access to the Programme may be suspended immediately

• Coaching access may be restricted

• The remaining balance remains legally payable 

TradeCoach FZ-LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of any outstanding balance, including through debt collection services and associated recovery costs where applicable.

Access will not be reinstated until payments are brought fully up to date. 

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Programme and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

6. Results Disclaimer

The Programme provides education and coaching only. Results depend on individual effort, implementation, and market conditions. No income guarantees are made.

7. Conduct

TradeCoach FZ-LLC reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
